Description:
Our company has recently developed the plane cam structure six shuttle circular loom (SJ-FYB850-6 Model),it is specially designed to make high quality tube fabric from plastic tapes,and the finished the tube fabric can be widely used to make chemical bag, cement bag, rice bags, flour bag, feed bag and so on.
Main performance:
- Use the new type of plane cam mechanism has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low consumption, stable operation and low failure.
- Using intelligent lifting system can compensate automatically, completely eradicate the fabric dense and parse phenomenon when start or stop the machine.
- Automatic warp tape feeding system,signal transmission system for weft tape break down and weft tape finish,automatic rewinding system,all of these provide good conditions to make the high quality fabric.
- The PLC interface operation is powerful function, centralized control, and easy to operate.
